Changing or cancelling your appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and early notice helps us offer it to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full appointment fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change or an unexpected situation arises.
